In recent years they built many sports facilities (swimming pools, stadiums, etc.), Which was primarily funded by the EU. Keeping them is very expensive and often exceeds the capacity of local governments. The current situation many managers managing infrastructure in Poland was significantly reassessment - so today is no longer enough to administer resources and must be managed. A major problem faced by the present managing sports and recreation base is the lack of experience in this approach to their resorts.The main objective of the project is to enable access (through a short training) practical solutions used for sports facilities in the Netherlands and Portugal and their application (transfer of knowledge) in Polish realities.The objectives of the project are:- Supporting the professional development of executives sports facilities;- Raising awareness of intercultural and development of international cooperation;- Ensuring recognition of skills and competences acquired during the trip;- Increasing the opportunities, attractiveness and size of the international organizations - better adaptation to the needs of the people involved in the process of raising the qualifications of employees.The Netherlands and Portugal have a highly developed both sport and recreation based on a very well-managed database of sports as swimming pools, ice rinks, football stadiums. Departure for the training will enable the knowledge of best practices and allow for the exchange of experiences.Actions envisaged in the project: - 1 short training project carried out in the Netherlands addressed to the representatives of the (co) and trainers in the field of managing sports facilities which will be attended by a total of 22 people.- 2 training carried out in Poland by the project partners from the Netherlands and Portugal aimed at familiarizing with the features and capabilities of the portal best practices, use of databases and resources and show its efficient use, including educational possibilities. Participate in them will be 40 employees sports and recreation (OSIR) work or work closely with the foundation and the people involved in the process of vocational education and 16 employees from partners (8 8 Portuguese and Dutch)- The creation of one innovative Portal - ACELERATOR containing a description of the 15 sports facilities (5 in Poland, and after 5 in each of the partners - the Netherlands and Portugal) and 12 databases (for each country will be developed 4 databases: legal, technical characteristics and descriptive, characteristics of the employment and financial data and planned investments);-1 Seminar for the applicant during which will be presented the effects of training and multimedia presentations with effects and the possibility of functioning educational tool which is real-ACELERATOR. In addition, they will be presented base and resources Portal to organize and conduct courses and vocational training and other educational projects.To evaluate the achievement of the objectives and results of the project involves the following quality indicators:- The acquisition of new knowledge and skills of project participants;- To gain practical knowledge through practical training carried out in the Netherlands and Poland showing good practices and case studies in order sports infrastructure;- Creating a system of incentives to use Portalu- ACELERATOR in the use of sports facilities;- The creation of educational opportunities tailored to specific groups of listeners;- Supporting the professional development of employees working in the field of education.The result of the project will be:- Publication of an information booklet characterizing known objects and their characteristics as well as its distribution among 400 sports and recreational centers in Poland.- The increase of professional qualifications by training participants and several hundred people working in sports centers, who will receive the information indirectly from them information and materials.These actions are necessary to meet the needs of the institution that is the knowledge and transposing into national experiences with European Union countries on effective management of sports facilities benefiting from modern technologies.Potential benefits of the long-term impact of the project are:- Develop models of effective management of sports facilities;- Develop common solutions to the problem of financing of sports infrastructure and the sustainability of its functioning;- Creation of a system of information flow and experts on the above subject ultimately through the establishment of a platform for communication and exchange of experience at the international level;- Development of human resources through regular seminars and trainings organized by the Applicant in an even greater scale than ever with foreign partners through the development of partnerships and networks of cooperation.
