The principal task of the voluntary will consist in providing his technical assistance all over the week. Accompanying the technical employees and under their whole responsibility, he should invest in various training sessions of different calibers : from 'volley-school' up to high-school students committed to the 'volleyball-départemental-center Rabelais . These learnings will be completed by following a degree course provided by the regional bodies of volleyball. This will allow the voluntary to confront more and more tasks within a predefined training group.: The sportive coaches of the voluntary will help him to increase step by step his confidence and technical abilities.. In the same time, will be set up a French course to improve the language skills or to learn the basics, depending of the start-up level. The young will also help the members of the club in many administrative tasks. In a pure athletic sens, the voluntary will be part of one of our teams and can improve his integration within a peer group, strengthening by the way his commitment to the EVS-Programm-Chart.
