The Lycée La Prat's Cluny is a rural school with 500 students preparing general and technological baccalaureates. Located in a rural setting low geographical mobility, the school wants to develop a European opening and improving the adaptability of his students for better employability. We want to show that our school can have as much ambition for her students that large structures located in the city.
To accompany the opening of a European section in technological process, we want to organize a mobility of our language teachers, technology and our coaching staff.
Mobility brings together 6 participants of teaching staff and management personnel.
Participants will an observation internship 7 to 12 days, depending on the participant's profile. They observe the teaching and life of a school Spanish or German. They can discover new teaching methods, tools and different organizations.
Then, 2 teachers will a teaching assignment abroad to improve their language skills and their European technological culture.
We hope through this mobility discover the Spanish and German educational system. This will allow us to develop our teaching practices, crossknowledge working and openness to Europe.
Strengthen the acquisition of European languages through technological and scientific education will also increase professional opportunities for our students and raise awareness of the European energy issues.
Mobility will be organized on Spain and Germany to prepare for a future partnership tri-parts based on the achievement of multidisciplinary technological projects between these three countries. The teams will be able to meet, discuss their practices and develop the specifications and objectives of the partnership.
