To maintain and cater the Latvia Waldorf school quality levels ĀBVS teachers, first of all, is going to take part in courses in one of the most professional teaching pedagogy and methodology centers in Europe namely Lehrerseminar für Waldorfpädagogik, Kassel. Secondly, they would like to attend two different English language courses in the UK; thirdly, participate in arts pedagogy / therapy methodology courses at Alan University and, last, participate in lessons observation at Waldorfschule Klagenfurt in Austria, where they will acquire skills necessary to teach the field measurement.The aim of seminars and courses attendance is to advance and diversify teachers’ methodological knowledge and skills in the Waldorf pedagogy; get acquainted with the latest teaching methods, as well as educational modernization and internationalization; build a broader understanding of the education systems in Europe; master the higher level in pedagogy; in addition, to improve their English language skills; learn new pedagogical method that integrates Aleksandra’s technical elements of drawing and art lessons; acquire new opportunities of the field measurement; develop teachers’ creative skills in working with children.Courses in Kassel are going to attend three subjects and class teachers, the organizers will provide 7- day training. The English language courses in the UK are planned for primary and secondary school teachers of English, which will participate in a two-day course and twelve-day course. Art Pedagogy teacher will participate in three-day courses in Germany. Mathematics and geography subject teachers will participate in 10-day lessons observation period in Austria, where they will learn the basics of the field measurement. Courses and lessons observation will provide both theoretical knowledge and practical skills replenishment. Discussions and information interchange will help our teaching stuff to exchange gained in other countries experience and new skills and knowledge. Lessons observation and course attendance can greatly enhance teachers' knowledge of their subject, improve their skills in methodology, as well as raise the overall quality of work. An important benefit will be the familiarization with teachers' experience from numerous countries, which will allow to enter into the daily routine a variety of topical issues and inter cultural knowledge, which in turn will provide an opportunity for students to become more interested in the world current events.
