ABA therapy can be used not only in children with autism education, but also wide applicability in working with children with mental retardation, with social, emotional and behavioral disorder as it’s very important in children with disorders education. ABA principles-based therapies and interventions are most effective to improve people with autism's quality of life, teaching them skills to adapt to the environment and everyday life in society. Whereas Lithuania can only get private ABA specialist help and only great in the cities. Similar partners situation - ABA therapy in no less relevant to other countries. Realizing the importance of ABA therapy and application possibilities pre-school education, we'll need trainings, need more qualified specialists working with the ABA methodology, need strengthening experience in national and international level. Therefore, internationalization will help to share experiences, to acquire much needed skills of professionals work and the development of services provided amplitude. ICT tools will ensure best dissemination results and make possibility to rise qualification, get experience in non traditional way.Project purpose - to enable ABA therapy use in education system, involving national and international experience. Project objectives:1. To realize opportunities and possibilities for ABA training at schools in partners countries.2. To create ABA training programme and adapt it with ICT use.3. To get practical experience in ABA trainings.In trainings will participate 40 persons in Lithuania, 20 persons in Turkey from partner’s organizations. In Multiplier events will participate number of members – 420 in local events, 400 in transnational event. Participants will get benefit in directly - (teachers, stakeholders, parents and ect.) will be reached by partners from Lithuania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Spain, Italy, Greece – 2200. Main activities: - intellectual outputs - Education staff opportunities for ABA integration in Schools and ABA methodology for education.- Multiplier dissemination events – 5 local events, 1 transnational event.- Short term trainings (5 days) in Lithuania and Turkey.The direct beneficiaries of project products are:School Staff: ABA-ONV is addressed to school's (all levels) staff that wants to improve their competences in order to provide better activities for their beneficiaries.Schools:ABA-ONV wants to involve schools in order to foster and improve the activities of training in the use of ICT tools for ABA inclusion in organization. First designing a specific training course, secondly providing a space on the web where to share knowledge, best practices, project and ideas.Other stakeholders:Other kind of education provider: Any education provider (school, education Center, etc.) will be invited to join the platform. Very important dissemination work will be done in order to bring as many as education/training provider is possible in web platform use. Public bodies: public bodies Education and Training sector in all the partner territories will be invited to support project activities and to provide partners with information and advice from the very beginning of the project implementation. Dissemination activities will be then addressed also to them.Provided benefit for participants, participating Organisations/Schools; target groups and other relevant stakeholders; effects on parents, children with SME. Also impact in transnational level.- Lead to better information about ABA therapy and communication technology (ICT) based services for education.- Foster cooperation between the partners and the main actors involved .- Improve young learning system oriented to end-user in partner countries.- Assure transfer of best practice among EU organisations .- Empower stakeholders on effective accessibility standards and technologies helping to create and improve the understanding of young learning.All the materials produced will be available in the web portal there will be no limitation in the accessibility at the material.
