A New Approach to Training for Quality in European Rural Tourism
An Inspector calls for rural tourism : The project was initiated to create a web-based tool for inspector training and service provider self-evaluation (ITSPS) in SMEs of the tourism-related service sector in rural areas. The tool helps to improve the quality of products and services, increases motivation for lifelong learning and encourages diversification among rural communities. This project started in 2002 and lasted 24 months.
