The project 'More Mosaic' includes a series of interconnected activities where youth workers and youth from different cultural and religious backgrounds will meet and experience non-formal and informal learning in intercultural environment.The project’s main focus is youth with fewer opportunities and different cultural background. It aims to contribute to developing of safe and empowering learning environment; to provide them with international mobility; to expand their knowledge on the notions of multiculturalism, place of religion, acceptance and tolerance; to share experience and encourage new youth initiatives; to facilitate international exchange, networking and cooperation.It includes the following activities:Activity 1: Advance Planning Visit for Youth Exchange in Sumy, Ukraine. May 3-4, 2 days.Activity 2: Youth exchange in Ukraine. Planned dates: June 4-16, 13 days.Activity 3: Advance Planning Visit for Youth Exchange in Larache, Morocco. Planned dates: July 1-2.Activity 4: Youth exchange in Morocco. Planned dates: August, 10-16, 7 days.Partners from Armenia, Georgia, Morocco, Sweden and Ukraine take part in all activities.Partner from Poland will take part only in Activity 1 and 2 in Ukraine.Each youth exchange will include approximately 30-35 participants.Main working methods will be based on the non-formal education principles.The project’s general aims are:to promote European citizenship’s values;to raise awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries;to encourage inter-cultural dialogue, multicultural diversity, tolerance and social inclusion;to enhance further cooperation;to promote mobility and capacity building.In line with the project’s objectives the participants will:- be introduced to good practices in the area of youth work, active citizenship and participation;- deepen their knowledge in the area of youth inclusion, inter-cultural dialogue and tolerance;- increase understanding of multicultural diversity and the needs of disadvantaged groups;- expand the capacity and international dimension of the organisations’ work;- form friendship and working links between organisations from the countries of Eastern Partnership and EU and beyond;- increase the capacity and international dimension of the organisations’ work.The participants will receive Youthpass certificates.After each activity the participants will make an evaluation of the project according to the developed form/questionnaire, provide their impressions and feedback. At the end of the project, the partner organisations will make a general assessment of the projects’ results.The participants will be encouraged to put their reflections on their own and specially created on-line resources (such as organisations' web-sites, blogs, fb page etc.); to distribute the project's information via their networks; share experiences with their friends and local communities.
