The House of Europe in Nantes applies hereby to host Tomislav, a croatian 26 years old volunteer for 10 months. The main goal of the House of Europe is to deliver understandable information on European issues for citizens. It strongly motivates the hosting of a European volunteer over the past two years. After a period of time to get to know the partner organizations and observe the know-how of the House of Europe, Tomislav will take part actively in the activities and will be the ambassador for European mobility in front of the targeted-public : youth. He will respond to the publics questions, organize events (such as mobility workshops, european cafés,…), create and manage a variety of informative and communication tools.The House of Europe team, volunteers are well prepared to give Tomislav a warm welcome, specially the mentor and social-life mentor.In 2016/2017, the volunteer will be invited to imagine and implement creative activities to share her own experience of European mobililty and the issues at stakes at the European Union level. A daily follow-up, one-to-one meetings, inside the organisation and outside will enable the House of Europe to evaluate the quality of the hosting the volunteer, his integration and his learning process. The expected impact of the hosting are to experience Europe in the territory, to promote mobility among young people but also to encourage local partners to host an European volunteer themselves.
