Project Erasmus "Learning to learn!", initiated by the High Technology Baia de Fier, aims at preparing young high school technology in rural areas to meet the needs of future employers in the labor market by providing internships (modules in the national curriculum) in the two companies Hospes Palacio training hotel del Bailio and SL-Log Out Valeca in Spain through ESMOVIA organization to use modern equipment and logistics for the current fields are preparing these young people.This project resulted from the need to achieve practical training in an appropriate environment, quality and efficiency. Also it was watched professional development of students in rural areas to bring added value, leading to employment and employability. The project aims to exchange best practices by comparing the education systems of the two countries, acquiring skills and linguistic proficiency. The objectives are:- acquiring skills and competences of the participants in the organization of work in tourism and economic activities as well as acquiring skills through practical training, students having the opportunity observing and assessing new economic-financial systems that can be implemented at school level and on a personal level;- acquiring skills to support the transition from school to active life and putting into practice the theoretical knowledge;- acquiring skills by VET staff to achieve adaptability to changes in the economic and tourism by improving the quality of students' practical training mode;- strengthening transnational partnerships in order to increase employability ECVET young people in European countries.The target group consists of 24 VET trainers: 10 students in upper secondary education - technician in tourism class XII, level 4, 14 pupils from upper - technician in economic activities, class XI, Level 4 8 VET qualification and staff - teachers. During the two years they will be held 24 training sessions for trainees to work VET, lasting 3 weeks (21 days). Students of Class XII will scroll through M5 - M6 and Quality Management - Public Relations in the travel agency and the Class XI M6 - Hygiene, occupational safety and environmental protection and M7 - Payment instruments. Mentoring and guidance will be made by the tutor internship at ESMOVIA organization and monitoring by accompanying Romanian teachers .Knowledges acquired by students will be assessed by those responsible for the formation of the organization ESMOVIA (accredited for evaluating competent and authorized to issue certificates) under observation internship tutor and Romanian teachers validated and submitted in Europass, then transferred to Romania in ECVET and recognized by our school to be included in the VET qulification.Staff will participate in training activities lasting 5 days.Knowledges acquired in Spain by teachers will be transferred and recognized professional transferable credits in Romania. The students will benefit from pedagogic, linguistic and cultural order to communicate in a foreign language, and use intreculturale information.The main products of the project are:- the application form;- notebooks practice of students;- daily personal diary and personal evaluation sheet;- Europass documents obtained (ECVET MoU, Europass Mobility, Certificate of participation);- activity reports and evaluation;- collection of CDs, DVDs PPT's, clips filmed and edited by the participants during the exchange, which are promoted items made by them in the practice stages;- photo albums with snapshots of the training sessions and the training of training;- leaflets, posters, banners, flyers, brochures presenting the project;- a brochure that will contain the set of best practices acquired in Romanian, English and Spanish;- articles in local and nationa newspapers;- articles on the websites: www.erasmusplus.ro, www.didactic.ro, www.edu.ro, www.ltbaiadefier.ro;- Project website.The project results will be international cooperation to be a lever for achieving better projects and more mobility with the slogan: "Learning to learn!" for young people with fewer opportunities in our school in rural areas.
