The participants of this project was selected by a traditional competition of the company. The two weeks mobilities were provided for the winners or special prized participants. The competition was held for the students who works in one of the hotels of the company or studies in a vocational school. Formerly the winners got prize money but we wanted to raise the prestige by providing a 2 weeks vocational training in Austria with the scholarship of ERASMUS+ for the first 3 winners. The participants were cook, pastry chef and waiter/waitress students. In 2015 8 and in 2016 10 students participated in this mobility. The goal for the students was to get professional practice, new techniques, language practice and irrespective work. The participants were independent during the mobility. They were travelling between the accommodation and work-placement alone or with another student. On the first week it was unfamiliar but they got used to it easily. Most of the workplaces had Hungarian colleague, but even so they could practice English and/or German language. In these two years only one workplace was working with no Hungarian coworker. The student who worked there evolved the most. It’s a good feeling that she is one of the students who got a job offer from the company she worked for. First year, two students and in the second year 3 students were offered with a job opportunity at the company they worked for.
