From AJC Demeter are working on European Citizenship from these years, the watching the currents happenings abut refugee crises we are wondering Where is Europe going to? What are the values we Europeans are promoting? There were some relevant values since Maastricht to Lisbon Treaty,... Is it the same way we are building or we are moving to new direction? We have quite different answer to this challenge from the different EU states members. What is the role of EU commission on it? Why the disagreement is looking bigger than when States/Commission deal to solve the crisis? We want to have a dialogue and answer this questions. The participants are coming from rural areas and small towns mostly, they are students (some unemployed), and some of them are cooperating on the projects that the partners are usually organizing but all share this concern about new tendency of our days. Then 42 (33 young people and 9 youth leaders) participants from Hungary, Estonia, FYROM, Spain, Turkey, Poland, Germany and Bulgaria from 7th -17th March 2016 we will meet and try to achieve the aims:• Know European values and how they are implemented in Europe• Reflect on the past, the present and the future of immigration in Europe (historical, social and political aspects)• Reflect on causes of immigration• Analyse current Refugees crisis in Europe• Make proposals for peaceful integration based on European values using arts and video.• Make anti-xenophobia campaign in social media to promote European values and Refugees integrationTo achieve them we plan the activities: (using participative methods based on teamwork)• Meeting local immigrants organizations• Theatre of the Oppressed and video making• Role plays & debates like: simulation of European court Chaval V. UK, Where do you stand?, Can I come in?, Economical Vs migration crisis: EU decisions,…• Gymkhana (to meet the town in a participative way).• Interviews to local people• Questionnaires in social media• Campaign in social media• Decalogue of proposals• National Evenings• Games and activities to know each other and create a good group relations and work. The methodology is focus on increasing the participation, making the project dynamic and creative. We use consensus decision making, the dialogue, team building, task division and creative activities like the theatre. We can highlight that the participants will increase their competences on foreign languages, mathematical ones, learning to learn and especially their initiative and entrepreneurship, acquiring a wider understanding of solidarity and human rights. We foresee an impact on the participants with the learning results having a change on their live, learning to take more initiative, be tolerant and express their own opinions, as well on the partner organizations what will acquire experience on democratic working methods and fomenting the EU values. They can use the final products and their future activities. As well other organizations can benefits from results as we will publish on different areas (internet and social networks) we will widen the impact. The local population will be benefit with the contact to young people from different cultures and as well access as products as video and theatre production. At long term we will advertise Erasmus+ creating curiosity to young people to join to future projects and approach to the organization to take part on the local activities, increasing the youth participation. Also to publish the activities we will do other organization can benefit from them, giving new tools that they can use.
