This project aims to proactively address the range of environmental and socio-economic challenges to the rural populations of Wales and Ireland, and in particular has impacted adversely on water quality.
The project focuses on the development of female entrepreneurship in the INTERREG area. This will involve the carrying out of research into this topic, the creation of networks between female entrepreneurs and academics in both regions.
The aims of this project is to develop the capacity of communities in South East Ireland and West Wales to maintain the habitats of rivers, lakes and wetlands and so safeguard their contribution to improved health, well-being and outdoor recreation.
This project aims to:1. increase knowledge and understanding of the marine and coastal ecosystems and wider environment in order to underpin strategic planning for sustainable development;2. undertake specific innovative actions in two estuaries to improve water quality
