As a Belen Public Education Center, we notice that our basic problem is that “ Trainers and teachers in our center do not have sufficient knowledge and experience about how to deal with people with different skills and about non-formal methods.” Essentially for the selection of participants, we will use Europass CV, Language Passport and Motivation Letter. Hence; our 6 staff who will participate the course in Paris will have enough knowledge and experience about how to deal with people with different skills; they will learn transferring advantage these differences after the course. As well as, our 6 staff who will participate the course in Portuguese will learn various and new non-formal methods by experience, they will use these methods effectively. With the help of these non-formal methods, our trainees will gain new different acquisitions. During lessons these 6 staff will be used methods actively and by this way they will become more self-confident. Our 12 staff will gain Professional and vocational strength. They will motivate our trainees better, they will encourage them for developing their creative fields and group dynamics. Through our Project, our 12 participants will gain at least 4 key competences like Communication in Foreign Language, Learning to Learn, Sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, Cultural awareness and expression. With the help of this Project, we will develop partnerships for KA2 Strategic Partnerships and E-Twinning Project at least 4 different European countries . Thus, our district of Belen will do more action at international level. Moreover, Erasmus+ will become more recognized both in our center and in our district of Belen.Learning through experience and non-formal methods will be used in our Project essentially. After trainings, for the dissemination of our Project, we will give seminars, conferences across the district and we aim to reach more people with the help of Facebook,the Internet and local media. In the long term, our Project will raise the living standards of county; on the other hand, it will emphasized the international communication with a good sense of Turkey in European countries.
