This project will include 6 representatives from 5 different countries that are looking, or soon will be, for employment. Participants will take part in a variety of workshops, conversations, presentations and case studies that will enhance employability, develop networking skills, prepare for the entering into the job market and encourage personal and career growth. This youth exchange is a great opportunity for young people to work on their career plans which they will be developing throughout the exchange. They will work on their CV and presentation skills which will be tested with a mock interview. There will also be an opportunity to meet some of the entrepreneurs in Slovenia that will give first hand tips. We’ll look at entrepreneurship and develop some business ideas. Also we’ll hand out some tips on how to deal with stress resulting in unemployment. Of course there will be time to have fun and experience the culture of the beautiful Slovenia and the cultures of other participating countries.
