The aim of the project is to bridge the gap between the provision of traditional internet-based learning offer with the requirements of learners using mobile devices. So far we have been mainly offering online based eLearning with Learning Management Systems (such as Moodle) and webinars. As more and more of our learners are using mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets, the learning ressources must be adapted to mobile learning. The objective of the project is to upscale the existing courses as mobile learning courses and to add also 3D visualisation effects for the trainers and learners.Skills International, Austria has chosen the project partner Joanna Pinewood Education Limited (JPE), UK, because we got to know them as an excellent and reliable partner in previous projects for improving the attractiveness of adult education.3D Vizualisation for Learning in the Classroom with Mobile Phone Devices is an Erasmus+ KA1 mobility project which aims at enhancing learning mobility of individuals by means of mobility of staff engaged in adult education. Two staff members of Skills International GmbH, Austria will participate in a structured training course in London, UK for adult learning with mobile devices. The profile of the participants is a mixture of trainer and adult training organisation staff. The style of this course is structured for non or basic skilled IT teachers and trainers who wish to offer learning ressources for mobile devices. 48 hours of training are required in this structured course. The method is following the open innovation approach of joint co-creation by the two partner organisations to enhance skills and qualification to adapt existing learning solutions for mobile device applications and also develop new Open Educational Resources (OER) for usage with mobile devices.Learning with Joanna Pinewood Education computer suite includes also learning with smartphones and iPads of participants. The method of the structured staff training is based on a joyful hands-on collaborative learning approach. The method of the course is a mixture of formal and non-formal learning applying ECVET principles. The project results will be disseminated to other organisations, learners and stakeholders using various channels, such as social media, but also conferences and other platforms. Training organisations in Europe have to constantly upgrade their offer for learners with the latest ICT-tools. Learners will benefit from the improved learning resources as they may access the courses also with mobile devices. The benefits are clear for all - for the staff, the participanting organisations, the learners and the broader society. Europe can only remain competitive with the highest quality and most innovative learning offer and ressources. There is a clear trend to use web-based learning offer with mobile devices nowadays. And the trainers and learners will benefit also from the 3D visualisation effects which will have an impact on their future careers and employability.
