2013 marks the tri-centenary of the Utrecht Treaty that defined the French-Belgian border. But with European borders opening up, the separation between the two states has faded and both sides are cooperatingmore and more.On the occasion of the tri-centenary, the partners rediscover or revisit the history of their territory and their common wealth to highlight them to the local population.Through this project, the partners inject a dynamic of cross-border exchanges of audiences and develop joint cultural activities. This project is also an opportunity to give a new sense to the border notion in today’s Europe.
