Applying to the course 80.Yıl Cumhuriyet Primary School which supports innovations and is active on making up new ideas aims that total 7 staff who are eager to improve themselves on the field of professional and educational are able to work in cooperation, follow technological development. In order to carry out these aims they came together and agreed that our school personel needs EU Development Plans for giving a better education and we made a need analysis. According to this analysis the staff agreed that shorthcomings of school stafs should me made up. The decisions: For the election of the staff to take course in England required studies will be made. In order to be clear a commission is going to be set up.This commission will take into consideration past experiences of the staff,their taking part in the projects,making an application on domestic projects, eager on making up educational shortcomings,needs of the staff. One of the aims of education education course that we intend to join the techniques of improving quality in school,the innovator and creative curricular to make experience on life and education couch and sharing these experiences with both domestic corporations and foreign partners.To forward these acquisitions to the foundations that we reach through e-Twinning. In addition,questionnaire forms,evaluation scales,social media and the other communication devices will be used. Being able to carry out projects that suitable to EU Development Plans,following technological developments and performing these in our school are the other aims of us.Also our school locates in a surrounding that can be called ''suburban'', so it is a disadvantageous school in terms of students and their parents.Most of the families are working as seasonal laborers and that's why the students can't attend to lessons.In addition to that problem some students have bad habits like drug addiction. Such students need a life coach both to guide them for school activities and to prepare them for real life.At this point; as a teacher or as an educational foundation we have an important role on guiding our students.In this important process, we believe that our partner will contribute to the future of our youth.We are sure that the experiences we have gained from the project will be beneficial for our society.The reason of these problems is the neglection of families who don't come to the school assembles in fear of hearing unpleasant things about their children. The facilitation staff to join 10-day education course in England consists of 7 people who have high team spirit and are eager to take part in this collaboration in order to improve their vision and increase knowledge about classroom management by using recent technology.It is aimed that these experiences will reflect to the students,parents and the neighbour of the schoool. As a conclusion,in order to determine whether the project will reach the aim or not, some polls will be taken both to the students and teachers and students will be observed in terms of improvement.
