"3 floors - volunteering, creation, develope" is a project volunteer group, which involved 8 volunteers from 6 countries from different regions of Europe. The common objective of the project was to raise awareness of different age groups in terms of culture and participation in the European dimension and the fact that the individual has a real impact on changes not only in your life, but also in the community. The project took place three actions: FERSO Foundation and the Institute for Creative Activities in which the project is to prepare workshops for youth, adults and seniors, conducting activities related to issues of a European consciousness, media, culture, dissemination of knowledge about the EU and international volunteering. We organized a party associated with these problems in the city and take care of the promotional activities of the organization. The third activity took place in the Public Library in Lodz, where volunteers have the opportunity to, among other things, to organize European clubs books, which disseminate knowledge about the culture, literature and traditions of other European countries. We worked active methods, for including, based on dialogue and cooperation. Such methods we used to work with volunteers, and we gave them to work with others.
