Our main idea is to run two transnational seminars for key stakeholders (youngsters, NGO's, local administrations and policy-makers…) where it will be possible to share specific experiences and/or ideas on the best and most inclusive ways to build and run a structured dialogue process and framework to involve youngsters in the local youth policies decisions. The project will begin with a technical meeting among the representatives for each partner (2 per country) in order to plan the details of the rest of the experience together. Then participants at the 2 main seminars will be selected through a bottom-up inclusive process starting at a local level (municipality level) based on small focus groups meeting locally on topics referring to youth participation. Participants will be selected to attend increasingly broader-area-based further focus groups until representatives for the transnational meeting will be appointed. After the first transnational seminar the path to the creation of a participation framework will follow specific steps in each partner country depending on the different local context (through electoral procedures or other effective and inclusive methodologies) and a second meeting will gather representatives of the different local experiences in order to strenghten a transnational partnership and a stable network among them. All along the process, a web platform will be created to keep up with a distance cooperation among partners and participants.
