About Me

Since 2003 I am working in the sphere of international technical assistance management thus having considerable knowledge and competence both on programme and project levels. As a public servant I was responsible for coordination of donor programmes and international projects implementation on the territory of Odessa Region (Ukraine). During that period I was involved in 5 projects as regional authority’s coordinator.

For the 2007-2009 I was directly involved in coordination and managing of EU funds by working in the Country Contact Point for Romania-Ukraine and CADSES Tacis CBC 2004-2006 Programmes. My duties included providing of consulting and methodological support to potential applicants (PRAG rules, PCM, development of project logical matrix, planninf finances etc.), providing of administrative support to Joint Structures of both Programmes, conducting of analysis and drafting of analytical reports related to the projects and Programmes implementation, preparation and holding of informational events, elaboration of application package etc. On the position of CCP expert I was also responsible for the coordination of projects approved for financing within Romania-Ukraine and CADSES Programmes Tacis CBC 2004-2006. The Actions were focused on development of tourism, ecological actions across border rivers, people to people actions etc.

During 2009-2014 I was selected and acted as an external assessor for the three ENPI 2007-2013 Programmes (Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine, Poland-Belarus-Ukraine and Lithuania-Poland-Russia). During the assessment of projects submitted for the CfPs I was allocated proposals in such main sectors – tourism, culture and youth, SME support and spatial regional development. Moreover, Poland-Belarus-Ukraine Programme directly covered majority of regions from Ukraine as well as Brest and Gomel regions from Belarus that are also included in the Belarus-Ukraine EaPTC Programme. I was involved in assessment of proposals submitted within 3 CfPs of this Programme and very well acquainted with this geographical region. For that period I was also acted as independent assessor within 2 CfPs of Bibliomist Programme implemented by IREX under USAID financial support and responsible for assessing proposals aimed at providing new services by libraries for the local communities all around Ukraine.
