The aim of the completed project is to transform the school into a modern educational institution of the 21st century. In our European Development Plan of School and the School Development Plan of actions on education and teachers, they are placed as ones of the priorities. These actions relate to areas such as:a.) the improvement and learning of foreign languagesb.) the exchange of experience through personal contact , social networking , with teachers from other countriesc.) the improvement and modification of teaching methodsd.) learning and applying new teaching aids ( equipment , software , network applications e.) methods of learning and the management of educational institutionf.) learning problems that relate to the education system in different countries of the European Uniong.) the ways to cooperate on the line: school - parents ( their greater involvement of in school activities )The mentioned above objectives were implemented in 2 mobilities abroad. The first mobility included raising the language competences to the level B1 / B2 . In this mobility attended 4 teachers of humanity subjects . Everybody had already have knowledge of a foreign language at A2 level to be selected for training abroad. The language course was organized by the International Project Center from the city of Exeter in the south - western part of the UK . This institution has extensive experience in organizing language courses and methodology courses for different professional groups, especially for teachers. The aim of our participation in the course was mainly to improve the language competence of teachers - the emphasis was put on communication in practical situations . The course was intense character , included not only linguistic but also cultural (history, customs, way of life, cultural differences) aspects. The participants of the course were not only trained in a theoretical manner , but also in a practical way – which took part in formal and non-formal meeting, and also it had a character of international cooperation on the problem in mixed groups, and conducting interviews with the British in everyday situations.The results that have been achieved is to increase the competence of language with an emphasis on speaking , breaking down barriers inability to speak in simple and common situations of everyday life. In addition, contacts have been established with other participants from abroad and maintaining these contacts through instant messaging, social networking platform and e - Twinning . They are rather formal and also private . The contact language is English. The participants of this mobility have taken action to disseminate the project results, after their arrival . The information we gained during mobility are given to pupils in the class ( elements of culture , history, typical behavior and sayings ) and teachers within school improvement. In addition, the mobility of participants involved in the writing of the project next mobility and we cooperate with other teachers aimed at a possible youth exchange or international cooperation schools. The training course also allowed to relieve language English teachers - participants mobility translate simple texts in English to prepare adequately for their classes, and the use of websites in English to be lectures more attractive( tips , methods, interesting information) Another mobility related to training of using the modern teaching aids in education , discovering the culture of Spain - Andalusia and improving language skills - breaking down barriers inability to speak. It was attended by 5 teachers - they were teachers of science , humanities and vocational subjects . The training was organized by the English Matters of Jaen in Spain - Andalusia. The organization conducts a wide range of training courses for teachers of different subjects and is very flexible, when it comes to adapt the training program - to take account of all of our proposals for training.The aim of the training was to learn about the school systems in other countries , the participants got acquainted with interesting methods of teaching , learned in a practical way to use network applications in work with the youths in the school , and improving foreign language - the emphasis was mainly put on communication The implementation of the program of mobility took place through observation of classes in different types of schools , discussions , peer questions and answers, presentation by the participants of the organizational model schools from different countries in which they work , held meetings with interesting people and creative teachers - experimenters . The participants learned new computer software and network applications that they can use in their classes – and also were trained in how to use these programs and applications.The language competencies were developed through discussions summary , the mutual exchange of comments on the process of teaching, group work and the need to identify the strengths and weaknesses of different methods of working with students , and also the participants were required to keep a reflective diary. The results that have been achieved was the introduction of acquired knowledge and skills in the classroom activities in the home school. In the humanities subjects they were introduced information on the culture, history , literature, and teachers show students how a crucial role is played in the development of civilization - cooperation, tolerance and multiculturalism . Teachers of the science and vocational subjects modified their teaching methods and use Internet programs and Web applications for their classes ( physics , electrical engineering ) . In addition, the management staff ( from September 2015 - new management staff ) received information about the methods and styles of school management , communication with employees and students , and also were submitted suggestions for possible purchase of teaching equipment , which the teachers got acknowledged during mobility.The impact of this mobility to other school employees was based on the fact that the teachers broke the barrier of fear before leaving training in, they felt more courage and confidence and increased their language skills . In addition, students were presented information on the project Erasmus + and in particular on the practices of foreign Europass - CV and Europass – the Diploma Supplement.The long-term result will be the creation of attractive curricula , improving the results of external examinations and increased the European Added Value.
