This project will examine the role of tutoring in the delivery of Health & Social Care VET and its importance in supporting recruitment, retention and achievement. It will establish a core methodology across the partnership based on shared good practice which will be formulated into a web-based tool-kit for the use of Health & Social Care VET professionals across Europe.
